Our Story
KONTIMARINE was founded in 2019 by Konstantinos Kontimpas and his son, Ioannis Kontimpas. However, the history of the company began 35 years ago, abroad, specifically in Africa and especially at Congo. In 1986, Konstantinos Kontimpas, being a Greek expatriate, tested his potential abroad, then founding the company “Konticom” with his main occupation being the construction and design of river boats. Now father and son, having the same love and the same denominator – the sea – united their forces and knowledge and founded KONTIMARINE.
